2. Payment Terms

To initiate a project, a 50% upfront deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due upon your approval of the final edited video. Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

3. Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund of the deposit, provided that we have not yet started work on your project. To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@lovestoryediting.com.

4. Refund Eligibility

The 50% deposit may be refunded under the following conditions:

– You cancel your order within 24 hours and work has not yet begun.
– You are unable to provide the required footage to begin the project.
– The footage provided is deemed insufficient for editing or the requested edits cannot be completed due to limitations in the material.

5. Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the payment becomes due once you have reviewed and approved the final edited video. This balance is non-refundable once the final deliverables have been provided.

6. Policy Updates

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is effective as of March 1, 2024. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
