1. Introduction

Welcome to LoveStoryEditing.com. This website is owned and operated by LoveStoryEditing.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website and using the information, services, products, and tools we provide, you agree to accept and comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Terms

We provide professional video and photo editing services. To use our services, you must supply all necessary materials, including raw video footage, photos, and clear editing instructions. Final deliverables will be produced according to the agreed-upon specifications at the time of your order.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

– Provide accurate information and materials.
– Respond promptly to any requests for clarification.
– Review and approve the final content or request revisions within the specified timeframe.

4. Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final edited content. Full payment must be received before delivery of high-resolution or final files.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Revisions

Three rounds of revisions are included with each video project and two rounds with each photo project. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the final files. Additional rounds beyond those included may be quoted separately.

6. Turnaround and Delivery

Our standard turnaround is 10 days from receipt of complete footage and instructions. Turnaround begins once all materials and the deposit have been received. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Delays caused by incomplete materials or late responses to our queries may extend the delivery date.

7. Footage Retention

Raw footage and images are stored securely for 60 days after final delivery, then permanently deleted. If you require revisions after this period, the footage will need to be re-uploaded.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All edited videos and photos delivered to you are your property. We do not use your materials or final content for any purpose without your explicit written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
