What is your standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 5–10 days depending on the volume of work. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

No — there are no minimums. You can send us work as needed, whether it’s one wedding or several.

Do I need to sign a contract to use your service?

No — there are no long-term contracts. You can place orders project by project.

Do you assign the same editor for repeat projects?

Yes — you will work with the same dedicated editor for your projects. This ensures consistency in style and a smooth workflow every time.

How do you keep my footage safe during editing?

We use secure platforms like Dropbox for file sharing, and your footage is stored safely during the editing process. After your final video is delivered, we keep your raw files for up to 60 days in case revisions are needed. Once that period has passed, all footage is permanently deleted to ensure complete confidentiality.

Do you handle footage from various cameras and frame rates?

Yes — we work with all major camera brands and formats.

Do you edit weddings from diverse cultural or religious backgrounds?

Absolutely. We edit Indian, Jewish, and multicultural weddings, making sure to respect traditions and details.

We’re a small but dedicated team of professional wedding editors. The same editor will handle all your videos to maintain consistency. If your volume of projects increases significantly, we will assign an additional editor — but only after carefully matching them to your style and workflow.

What kind of background do your editors bring?

Each of our editors has 5 to 8 years of experience working on wedding videos, from short highlights to full-length documentary-style films.

How do you keep my projects secure?

Yes — all files are handled securely and kept private. We maintain backups during the editing process, and your projects are never shared outside our team.

Will my clients know I outsourced the editing?

No — we operate fully white-label, so all final photos are delivered under your brand.

Which editing programs do you work in?

We primarily edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, with support for other industry-standard tools if required.

Do you provide an online link for review?

Yes — you’ll receive a secure review link to watch and share feedback before final delivery.

What do your standard packages cover?

Our standard packages include syncing your footage with audio, trimming and arranging clips to create a smooth flow, basic color correction for a polished look, and carefully chosen licensed music that matches the mood of your wedding. We also focus on storytelling — highlighting key moments like vows, speeches, and candid emotions — to deliver a film that feels true to your couple’s special day.

Can I request a specific editing approach or style?

Of course. Share your instructions and we’ll follow your creative direction.

What file resolution will I receive?

We deliver in Full HD (1080p) as standard. If your original footage is available in 4K, we will deliver your final video in 4K as well.

Do you assist with music rights or licensing?

Yes — we provide licensed music through Musicbed, ensuring your final videos use tracks that are cleared for professional use.

Do you offer colour correction and LUT application?

Yes — basic grading is included. You can also provide your LUTs for us to apply.

What types of video files do you support for editing?

We accept all major video formats, including MP4, MOV, and MXF.

How do I send my raw files?

We recommend Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

How do I place my first order?

You can place your order directly by selecting one of our editing packages on the website. Once the order is placed, you’ll be able to upload your footage and provide project details — then our team will begin the editing process.

Do you offer discounts for smaller budgets?

We keep our prices as affordable as possible and do not negotiate further.

How long can I tweak the final video after receiving it?

We provide 3 rounds of revisions before the final payment. All revision requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the final video.

How should I prepare my files?

Organize by folders (Ceremony, Speeches, Reception, etc.) and label clearly.

Can I make changes once the project is started?

Small updates may be possible early in the process, but major changes may require additional fees.

Can you blur faces, logos, or remove unwanted audio?

Yes — we can blur, mute, or remove unwanted elements, but we first need to review the request to confirm if the change is possible.

Can you add titles, captions, or lower thirds to my videos?

Yes — we can include professional text elements such as names, dates, or captions if required.

Do you offer separate edits for social media?

Yes — we can create shorter highlight cuts in vertical or square formats optimized for Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

Can you work with drone or GoPro footage?

Yes — we can edit footage from drones, action cams, and other devices, syncing them seamlessly with your main wedding film.

How many rounds of revisions can I request?

Three rounds of revisions are included with each project.

What file formats will I receive back?

Do you provide skin retouching and blemish removal?

Can you remove objects, distractions, or background elements?

Yes — we can remove unwanted elements, but we will first review the request to confirm if it’s possible.

Can you create black-and-white versions or artistic edits of my photos?

How many rounds of revisions are included?

How do I request revisions?

You can leave comments directly on the review gallery or provide image file names with your notes. This helps us quickly identify which photos need adjustments.

How long do you store my photos?

We store files for 60 days after delivery. After that, they are permanently deleted.

Can I receive the Lightroom catalog or PSD files?

Yes — we can provide the Lightroom catalog or PSD files along with final JPEGs if requested.
