2. Payment Terms

To initiate a project, we require an upfront deposit of 25%. The remaining 75% becomes due upon your approval of the final edited video. Please note that the 25% upfront deposit is non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

3. Cancellation Procedure

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund of the upfront deposit, provided we have not commenced work on your project. To cancel an order, please contact us directly via co*****@lo**************.com.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds of the upfront deposit are applicable under the following circumstances:

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and work on your project has not commenced.

Inability to provide us with the necessary footage required to initiate work.

Upon review, if the provided footage is deemed insufficient for editing purposes or if the requested edits cannot be achieved.

5. Final Payment

The remaining 75% balance payment becomes due once you have reviewed and approved the final edited video. Please note that this balance payment is non-refundable once the final video has been delivered.

6. Policy Updates

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is effective as of March 1, 2024. Any modifications or updates to this policy will be immediately effective upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions made to this policy.
